- Ten years ago (04/01/2013), EEC opened its doors with nothing more than a small trencher and a beat up Ford truck. We have undergone many changes and challenges while maintaining and growing our business. So we would like to give our sincerest thanks to the contractors, project managers, creditors, suppliers and employees who have made our survival and growth possible. We are particularly thankful to our hard-working employees, many of whom have learned with us, continued their education and have undertaken new careers of their own. So thanks to each and every one who has helped us in the past and we hope your friendship and support continues for many future decades.
- The Mayor of Roanoke selected EEC to be given the Environmental Excellence Award from the City of Roanoke. This award is given for an outstanding job of environmental protection through the excellent installation of erosion and sediment control measures.
- Environmental Erosion Control (EEC) has been chosen as a subcontractor for the show Extreme Makeover: Home Edition.
- EEC has been given the Urban Conservation Award in Bedford County by the Peaks of Otter Soil & Water Conservation District. This award is given for outstanding environmental service with respect to erosion control on construction sites.
